Dr. Jayadev Kar is a distinguished academician and administrator with a robust background in human resource development, management, and multidisciplinary education. With an MBA in Personnel and Marketing from Utkal University and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development with specialization in MIS & HR, Dr. Kar has over three decades of influential experience in academia, leadership, and institutional development. Formerly a Professor and Dean at the Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar, and Technical Head at Pathani Samanta Planetarium, he has guided numerous Ph.D. theses and authored multiple books in vocational education. Prof. (Dr.) Kabiraj Sethi serves as the Principal of IIMT Bhubaneswar with extensive academic, administrative, and industrial experience. He obtained his Ph.D. in Engineering from Sambalpur University, Odisha. He also holds an M.E. in Communication System Engineering from BPUT, Rourkela and a B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Sambalpur University.
Prior to joining IIMT, he served as Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla. He has also held key administrative positions including Controller of Examinations (COE) and Head of the Department. Dr. Sethi possesses more than 24 years of combined academic and professional experience, including over 13 years in Public Sector Industry. He has published more than 25 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. He has successfully guided over 30 M.Tech dissertations and 3 Ph.D. scholars.
His areas of research include Digital VLSI Design, Analog and Mixed Signal Design, VLSI Signal Processing, and Approximate Computing. He is also a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE)

She has a wealth of experience in the banking industry, having worked for around 4 years with Axis Bank Ltd. and Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd. Mr. Pradeep Kumar Baxla

Pradeep has graduated with honors in English from Loyola College, Chennai and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIMT, Bhubaneswar. Prof. Bibhu Prasad Routray has completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering in 1986 and M.Tech. in Hydraulic & Irrigation Engineering in during 1992 from VSSUT, Burla (formerly known as UCE, Burla). He has served the Department of Soil Conservation as Assistant Engineer during up to 1991, then subsequently served the Department Housing and Urban Development, Govt. of Odisha in different capacity up to 2021. After superannuation, he worked as the state consultant in Voltas Ltd (a TATA venture) till September 2024 and subsequently worked as the consultant with “Autograph Ventures LLP” since October 2024.
He is now continuing as Professor of Practice at IIMT, Bhubaneswar.
