Placement Cell

IIMT placement cell is proactive in identifying job opportunities for MBA & MCA students by keeping contacts with reputed firms. The Placement Cell functions throughout the year to facilitate interaction between companies and our students. We invite HR Managers from various multinational companies annually for HR Meet and to conduct training programs for our students. This opportunity facilitates our students to understand the practical aspects of their learning in the program. On invitation, many industries visit the institute to conduct interview. Our Alumni’s have set benchmarks in the corporate world through their contributions and we will continue that legacy in the years to come.

The Placement Cell organizes career guidance and personal counselling program for all the students from the beginning of first year. Various Lab activities such as Corporate Readiness Lab, Business Communication Lab, are conducted to enable the students to face the Interviews, Group Discussions and also give exposure to appear the competitive exams. IIMT has an Institutional long-term membership in National Human Resources Development Network (NHRDN) and Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) for this purpose.
