Guided by the principles of harmony between body, mind, and spirit, the Centre emphasizes practices for cultivating ethical living, mindfulness, and spiritual well-being. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik

Dr. Srikanta Patnaik is the Founder Director & Chairman of IIMT, Bhubaneswar. He has completed his MBA from Sambalpur University in the year 1991 and received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. Prof. Patnaik supervised 25 Ph. D. Theses and more than 60 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 3 text books and more than 100 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc. Dr. Patnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and also Editors-in-chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany, Book Series on Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Book Series on Advances in Medical Technologiesand Clinical Practices (AMTCP), published from IGI-Global, USA. Prof Kamala Prasad Mahapatra is a Professor of English and Head of the Faculty of Arts, Communication and Indic Studies at Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha. He is a Professor of English by Profession but a Creative Writer by passion. Besides this Prof Mahapatra is a Critic, Researcher, PhD Supervisor, Reviewer, Translator, Counsellor, Pulpit Orator, Motivational Speaker, Soft Skill Trainer, Actor, TV Panelist, Columnist, and Social Activist as well. He has 22 Books on Creative writing, Criticism, and Translation to his credit and many Research Articles published in various reputed Journals. His Poems and Stories are included in various reputed Anthologies. His Book “New English Grammar” and Edited Books “Invitation to English Book-1”, “Invitation to English Book-2” are prescribed in Higher Secondary Syllabus and “Heard Melodies” is prescribed in the Three-Year Degree Syllabus. Prof Mahapatra has attended nearly 70 National and International Seminars as a Participant with Research Papers, as a Keynote Speaker or Speaker at the Plenary Sessions. He has Chaired over 50 Seminar sessions and shared his critical insights and analytical perceptions. He has addressed many Corporate and Academic Platforms as a soft-skill Trainer. He has vast experience in Teaching, Research, and Administration. Prof Mahapatra has served as a Professor of English in renowned Post Graduate Colleges and Universities of Odisha such as Khallikote College, Berhampur, Bhadrak College, Bhadrak, Ravenshaw College, Cuttack and Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. He has 35 years of experience in Teaching and Research. Twenty-five M Phil and Nine PhD Scholars have been awarded Degrees under his supervision. He has served as Professor Emeritus at UN Autonomous College, Adaspur for seven years. Prof Mahapatra has earned acclaim for his administrative competence as Director, Regional Directorate of Education, Bhubaneswar, Govt of Odisha. Prof Mahapatra has served as President of the Governing Body, SVM Autonomous College, Jagat Singh Pur for three years. As a Writer Prof Mahapatra has received many laurels from various Organizations. He edits a Peer-reviewed Multidisciplinary Annual Research Journal “CRITICAL CONTOURS”.

Prof. Jayadev Kar holds a B.Sc. Engg. (Hons.) in Electronics & Telecommunication from UCE Burla (now VSSUT) and an M. Tech in Computer Science (Image Processing) along with a Ph.D. from Utkal University. With over 37 years of experience in academics, administration, and curriculum development, he has served as Professor, Dean, and Technical Head at leading institutions, including Pathani Samanta Planetarium. He has guided many Ph.D. scholars and co-authored nine books in vocational education. Prof. Kar is passionate about student-centred1 curriculum design and currently serves as Director of Interscience Institute of Management & Technology.

Mrs. Soma Mitra is an Associate Dean (Research and Publication) cum Assistant Professor in Human Resource and Communication at IIMT, Bhubaneswar, with a rich background in HR and finance, holding a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on HR and Finance, along with an M.A in English from Utkal University, Odisha. With a career spanning Communicative English, Soft Skills, and Life Skills, Mrs. Mitra's professional journey is marked by significant contributions. As the Associate Dean (Research and Publication), she plays an important role in providing outreach research publications, particularly in STEM fields Her academic interests and contributions are extensive, particularly in the field of Behavioral Science. Mrs. Soma Mitra has made notable contributions to various areas including Effect of IoT in Recruitment and Selection, Social, Ethical & Legal aspect of RWA (Resident Welfare Association) Management, Metro Report: Building Urban Rail Infrastructure, and the emerging field of the Human Resource and Analytics. Her dedication to research is evident through her numerous publications in these domains. As an Assistant Professor in the department of Human Resource Management and Communication at IIMT, Bhubaneswar, Mrs. Soma Mitra continues to share her expertise and knowledge with students while furthering her research endeavors in the realm of Behavioral Science. With a keen interest in Communicative English, Soft Skills, and Human Resource Development, she continually seeks to enhance her professional skills through relevant courses, demonstrating her commitment to staying abreast of industry trends. Mrs. Mitra's leadership qualities, coupled with her dedication to excellence, position her as a valuable asset in both academic and professional spheres, where she persistently works towards achieving optimal outcomes.

P. Sai Subham holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from United School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar (BPUT, 2021) and an Integrated Law degree from KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar (2018). He has gained diverse professional experience across legal practice, NGO work, and the financial services sector. Subham has worked with advocates in Jharsuguda District Court on criminal matters, cheque bounce cases, and mediation, as well as with the NGO Yes We Can as an Area Survey Executive. His corporate career spans roles such as Senior Legal Manager at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance, and managerial positions in sales and marketing with RDR International, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, HDFC Life Insurance, and currently as Senior Sales Manager at HDB Financial Services, Bhubaneswar. With a strong background in both law and management, he brings a unique blend of legal insight and business acumen to his professional engagements.
