It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the Interscience Institute of Management & Technology (IIMT, Bhubaneswar), an institution dedicated to academic excellence, innovation, and professional development since 2007.

Our journey began in 2007 with the introduction of the AICTE-approved PGDM programme. Over the years, IIMT has earned a reputation for providing quality education and nurturing future leaders equipped with knowledge, skills, and ethical values.

A significant milestone was achieved in 2024 when the institute came under the affiliation of Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha. Subsequently, the institute introduced MBA and MCA programmes with approved intakes of 180 and 120 seats respectively, thereby expanding opportunities for students seeking quality higher education in management and computer applications.

In 2025, IIMT entered a new era of growth and academic excellence with the introduction of Engineering Programmes after obtaining AICTE approval. This achievement reflects our commitment to providing multidisciplinary education and meeting the evolving needs of industry and society.

At IIMT, we firmly believe that education should be accessible to all deserving students. Therefore, the institute extends scholarships and financial assistance to meritorious as well as economically disadvantaged students, enabling them to pursue their academic aspirations without financial barriers. To guide students towards successful careers, IIMT has developed the IIMT Open House Digital Platform, an innovative initiative through which students gain valuable information regarding career opportunities, higher education pathways, industry trends, skill development programmes, entrepreneurship, and employment prospects in various sectors.

One of our unique academic initiatives is the annual publication of IIMT Lecture Notes, specially prepared for the benefit of students. These publications are enriched by the contributions of distinguished academicians, professors, and subject experts from reputed institutions including IITs, NITs, universities, and leading educational organizations. Many of these eminent personalities are associated with IIMT as mentors, advisors, and academic collaborators, helping us maintain high academic standards and promote a culture of excellence.
