Sritam is a Deployment Strategist at Databricks, working within the Forward Deployed Engineering organization to oversee enterprise-scale data and AI implementations across the Asia-Pacific region. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and a master's in artificial intelligence systems. Prior to Databricks, he served as Head of Product at Glints, a Singapore-born HR-tech platform.
As a founder backed by Entrepreneur First (EF), Sritam spent 2.5 years running two full-time EdTech and HR-tech ventures. While the businesses acquired customers and generated revenue, growth did not meet expectations, leading him to make the pragmatic decision to shut them down. Returning to the industry to accelerate his learning at high-growth companies, he brings firsthand experience navigating the realities of early-stage entrepreneurship, product scaling, and enterprise deployment.
