PROFESSOR LAKHMI C. JAIN ENDOWMENT AWARD WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE STUDENT OF IIMT ACHIEVING THE HIGHEST CGPA AMONG THE STUDENTS OF B. TECH. IN COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING) FROM THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25.

Professor Lakhmi C. Jain, PhD, Dr H.C., ME, BE(Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia), has initiated a professional community that provides opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation, and collaboration among approximately 5,000 researchers from universities and companies worldwide. His contributions have been recognized by the Management and Faculty of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, leading to the establishment of the "Professor Lakhmi C. Jain Endowment Award," commencing from the academic year 2025-26. This Endowment Award will be conferred upon the student who achieves the highest CGPA in the BPUT Semester examination among the students of IIMT, honoring Professor Jain's dedication and impact on the academic community.

Professor Lakhmi C. Jain, PhD, Dr H.C., ME, BE(Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia), is with the Liverpool Hope University and the University of Arad. He was formerly with the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Canberra and Bournemouth University.
Professor Jain founded the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies world-wide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generate synergy in teaching and research. KES regularly provides networking opportunities for professional community through one of the largest conferences of its kind in the area of KES.
